Apple Mac image on Amazon EC2?

I found that to start with apple app development you need to have some sort of Mac. I wonder if one may load an image of a Mac OSx on an Amazon EC2 instance for this purpose.

No, it is not possible using EC2.

Why? Because it is illegal and the macOS/OS X agreement for an end user license suggests it can be only used on Apple hardware. There are many MacOS hosting sites, you can try them rather than AWS.
