Kindly check the attached file. Am facing an issue of subnet which I created subnet when I was trying to give that particular subnet its showing a message like that. Would I like to know what was that

There may be different reasons for this issue so first check the health check of this target group.

and you also need to have some software inside the instance so that will help you to have this health check with a certain protocol. Try after installing apache on instance hope this will work and there is a slight chance that this error occurred due to the default vpc removal issue. You need to reach the support team so that they will create a default vpc for you.
