Although Azure is very useful it does have its limitations and drawbacks. Some of them are:

1. Poor GUI for cloud services.

2. Lack of Hyper-V Snapshot Support. 

3. Inability to Upload Custom Images.

4. Problems with SSO (Single Sign On).

5. Average Quality of newly released services.
