How can I use the content-based filtering to track the actions of my browser?

Kindly be informed that the content-based recommender can only work with information that the user produces, either by providing explicitly (rating) or implicitly (clicking on a link). Based on that information, a user profile is created, which is then used to make recommendations to the user.
