What are the ways to share Power BI reports and how to share to your colleagues or Team members?

You can give people access to your dashboards and reports. For sharing Power BI dashboards and reports with coworkers and others, Power BI offers several ways to collaborate and distribute dashboards and reports.

These are the following ways you can share your reports following ways

• Collaborate with team members using a shared workspace.
• Using shared datasets
• mobile apps

Whichever option you would like to choose for sharing your content, you either need a Power BI Pro license, or the content needs to be in Premium capacity. Generally, Licence requirements vary for the colleagues who view your content, depending on the option you choose. The following sections in the screenshot mentioned below spell out details.

Create a workspace

Step 1: Go to Power BI home and Go to Workspaces -> Create new workspace - > Create a new workspace window will open, enter workspace details and members through their emails.

Step 2: It can be seen in the workspace window after creation.

Share a report or dashboard

Step 1: Go to the file and then click on share which is present on the top right side of the screen and enter the email for sharing the report or dashboard.
