Is there a way to access azure files directly from an azure website?

Although CDN service can not be used with Azure File share, for now, there are a few options available for you to work with. You can use Azure Fileshare or the Azure storage for your needs. The file share only mounts itself on the Virtual Machines for the processing of the files, however, The blob Storage of Azure storage is something that can stream them on your website directly. 

So as of now, there is no single service offered by Azure to deal with it, but there are several ways to work around with it.
