Azure DevOps will be hosted according to the location you have mentioned while creating the Azure DevOps organization.

Follow these steps to find out the location you mentioned in your organization:

Step 1: Open and sign in to Azure DevOps organization

Step 2: In the menu, click on the organization settings.

Step 3: click on overview option of organization settings

Step 4: You can find the region on the bottom of the screen

You can change the organization's location from the chat menu of organization settings.
