Regarding vnet peering

Question

How can we connect azure vnet VMS from onprimse network(i.e, site to site) with vnet peering(without using public IP)?

Could you please give steps to the above problems?

To create a site to site connection in Azure you need to specifically have a front-end public IP address.

However, if you can connect to a VM that is deployed to your VNet by creating a Remote Desktop Connection to your VM. This connection is verified using a private IP address.
