Query regarding termination of instance

Question

I want to know why I am still seeing the terminated instance in my AWS console?

Also, one of the instances I tried launching with the option "Launch more like this" and I only changed the subnet. So, for the new one why I didn't receive any Public IP?

Please explain.

Here, it will take some time to remove the instances that are terminated. There is a specific reason for it but it will take some time to remove all the data from your AWS. The billing will happen only for the time that are up and running.

Regarding the public ip, this can happen when you modify and attach it to the private subnet. While creating you need to select auto-assign IP from vpc console or else you can assign the public IP from the EC2 console will attach the public IP.
