Jenkins pipeline

Question

I am trying to run a batch script in jenkins. In that batch script there are some parameters to pass for execution . So while I am running the job when the execution step comes the windows cmd prompt should pop up and I should be able to pass the parameters then the execution step should process then if it is successful then the job should continue for the next steps like deploy . So is this possible if yes can you help me.
