Need assistance on removing space within a word

Question

I am having below issue and need a fix for it

Policy  Column1        Column2

001      Perman         enet Disability

001      Accidental     Benefit

My Required Output is

001  " Permanent Disability"

001   Accidental Benefit

When i concatenate like column1 + column2 then my output is as expected for row1 " Permanent Disability" but for row 2 it is coming as

"AccidentalBenefit"

If i am using as space before concatenation then i am getting as

001      Perman enet Disability

001   Accidental Benefit

Need to achieve with a query satisfying both the requirements
