There are no formal prerequisites or any specific skill set for CCIE certification. Also, any professional certifications or training courses are not required for this CCIE Certification. But, the candidates have to first clear a written qualification exam and then the can go for a corresponding hands-on lab exam. You have to understand in-depth the topics in the exam blueprints. It is strongly encouraged to have prior working experience of five to seven years before taking the certification exam.
