There are several resources online to can prepare for an Amazon AWS interview. But, first, understand which profile you want to apply for. There are mainly 3 profiles in AWS:

• AWS Solutions Architect
• AWS Sysops
• AWS Developer

For an AWS Developer, prepare for the questions from the Development domain, you can expect questions mainly around Data Structures, and how to implement code on AWS.
