Can anyone tell me how to use Python?

To use Python, you first have to download Anaconda Navigator, and from there, you can use the Jupyter Notebook. For downloading Anaconda Navigator, refer to the below points:

• If your Windows OS is of 64 bits, then go to this link

• If your system has a 32-bit Windows OS, then go to this link

• After downloading Anaconda Navigator, install the .exe file, and while installing, do not change any settings

The main advantage of using Anaconda Navigator is that, in this case, you don't have to explicitly install Python in your system to use it.
