Can anyone tell me how to handle missing data Machine Learning?

If in a particular column in your dataset the majority of data are missing, then it is better to delete the entire column. Whereas, if only a few values are missing, then either you can fill the missing values with the mean of the existing values in the column or you can fill them with zero.
