What is Business Intelligence and Analytics?

Could someone tell me the difference between Business Intelligence and Business Analytics?

Business Intelligence is all about Descriptive analysis where it dwells in the data processing to find out why something happened and what lead that to this present moment. That’s is it focuses on what and how of the business operations.

Whereas Business Analytics is about Predictive Analysis where it focuses on processing the data to predict the outcome or the current trend from the insight gained from a large pool of data.
