Can you run the Xcode in Linux? Mac OS X is based on the BSD Unix, so is it possible?

From what I have learned, we have the MonoDevelop plugin that has an iPhone simulator.

The low-level toolchain for the Xcode (gcc compiler family, the gdb debugger, etc.) is all open source and common to the Unix and Linux platforms. But these IDE-- editor like project management, indexing, navigation, build system and graphical debugger, visual a data modeling, SCM system, refactoring, project and snapshots, etc.--is the Mac OS X Cocoa application, and is not movable.
