Could someone tell me what is secure SDLC?

SDLC means Software Development Life Cycle is a framework that focuses on the complete life cycle of the software from its initial stages till it's out of service. A Secure SDLC is the same concept but added a Security dimension to the framework. Which makes the whole continuous development process secure through pen testing, architecture analysis, etc.
