Could someone tell me whether Information security and cyber security the same?

No, information security and cybersecurity are not the same, but similar. Cybersecurity deals with securing the users or organizations from cyber-attacks that happen online and thereby protecting their valuable data from theft. Whereas, Information security is an umbrella term which consists of terms like cyber-security, and other forms of security under it. Information security is all about securing the data from attacks not only online but offline too.
