Google Compute Engine Assigning Static IP pricing?

What are the additional charges for assigning static IP to a GCP vm?

From January 1st, 2020, GCP has standardized the charges for static IP. 

When static IP is in use, $0.004/hour.

If the static IP is assigned but if the IP is not in use then it will charge $0.010.

For the forwarding of requests will be uncharged.
