Could someone tell me what is Azure Kubernetes Service?

Azure Kubernetes Service or AKS, in short, is an open-source fully managed container orchestration service available on Microsoft Azure cloud, that allows its users to deploy, scale and handle containers and container-based applications in a cluster environment.

AKS offer all the required services that are required to meet the demands of the cluster environment, without downtime in Kubernetes cluster and the best part of the AKS is that its users don’t necessarily require expertise in container-management for accessing the benefit of AKS.

AKS brings both cloud infrastructure and container management service together to help you make container-based applications more easily and effectively.
