Azure system status notifications filtering

I want to know the effected services of Azure, since most of it I am not using. So can anyone help me how I can able to filter those issues?

To know all the details you can use Azure Service Health REST API. Also, you can use the Service Health feature which will inform you about resource availability and resource health. Also, you can configure alert rules.
