How many connections per host MongoDB can establish?

Can anybody tell me about the number of connections per host in MongoDB?

ConnectionsPerHost is nothing but the number of physical connections which can be established through a single MongoDB client instance in the entire process. Connection statistics are available using ‘conn’ in mongostat increases until it hits the number as per server. We can set the number of connections uptill 100 and to make sure that we are not exceeding the total number of connections to our server.
