flow does not run on tableau server where can i see the actual error

Unfortunately this error is not helpful in understanding the actual cause of the problem. Is there a way to see the actual underlying error? Or how am I supposed to debug this? The flow runs fine in my Tableau Prep.

Before beginning, just look at the error log as they will basically describe what the issue is and provide certain hints to fix the error. The possible above error is due to a permission error, Let’s see how you can fix it out:

• Check whether the credentials of flow are embedded in the system or not, As it will affect whether the output will be accessible or not.
• Whether you are running all the flow on the service account and make sure that the Service account should have access to the location of the output.

If this will not work for then kindly check the server log by using the command line and you can also run the below command to zipping down the log file for further investigation:

tsm maintenance ziplogs
