Show ApplicationInsights metrics on custom dashboard without Azure resources / storage

Question

I was trying to deploy an application where I want to take record of the clients like how much time they spent on the particular screen, how much idle time and the progress of the work. So how can I able to do this using Application Insights?

Basically, in able to do that, you can use PowerBI Dashboards. Also, you can try using Application Insights API which will include Integration with some of the popular dashboards. One more thing you can try is, use Application Insights SDK, with this you can able to store and analyze the data locally.
