Amazon Lex is a service that is offered by AWS, to help you facilitate in building conversational interfaces or engines into any application, using just voice and text. For better understanding, this conversational engine powers Amazon Alexa, the voice assistant. Now Amazon also offers this service for free within the limit of processing 10,000 text requests, and 5000 speech requests or speech intervals per month, for the first year of using the service.
