Is JFrog Artifactory free?

Could someone tell me whether JFrog Artifactory is free?

Since JFrog is not an open-source tool, you have to buy the tool and use it on a subscription. But JFrog Artifactory is offering a free subscription with limited features, than their paid counterparts, as they will receive 2GB storage, 10GB transfer/month, and 2000 CI/CD minutes/ month. And if your need is bigger than these then you go for the paid version of the tool.
