IST (Intellipaat School of Technology) is an upskilling initiative of Intellipaat Software Solutions Private Limited. IST is not a university, higher education institution, or degree-awarding body under the University Grants Commission Act, 1956. Any degree is awarded solely by the respective UGC-recognised university.

IST’s engagement with UGC-recognised universities is limited to providing supplementary services such as student outreach and admission support, industry-focused upskilling, exposure to emerging technologies, industry connect, career preparation, and placement support.

IST’s association with any university does not constitute, create, or imply a franchise, study centre, off-campus centre, extension centre, or any other form of university campus operated by IST.

IST does not control the university’s academic or statutory functions. Admissions, eligibility, curriculum, academic delivery, examinations, evaluation, grading, award of credits, and conferment of degrees are governed and managed solely by the respective university in accordance with applicable regulations.

Intellipaat continuously works to strengthen industry engagement and provide students with access to internship and placement opportunities. However, enrolment in the IST upskilling programme does not by itself guarantee any job, internship, stipend, salary package, or other career outcome.
