Salesforce CRM (Customer Relation Management) is a technology that is used to manage the company’s relationships with its customers and potential leads. The main aim of this tool is to improve business relationships. This tool helps the organizations to stay in touch with their customers, and increase their profitability.

Before Salesforce CRM came to existence, the company’s data was unorganized. The organizations had to manually update the address books. It took a lot of time and effort which was not profitable for the business. Some of the main reasons why we need CRM are:

  • Keep the data secure
  • Get a better understanding of the sales process
