DNS configuration on route 53

I just registered a domain on route 53 and want to link it to a Wordpress site I provisioned on Lightsail. I have been on this for over 5 hours with no luck in getting the DNS to propagate. I did a whois search on the domain name and it gives me the name server I updated on Route 53 with my elastic IP on my WordPress instance. Any information regarding this will be helpful.

Reason: Your domain is in the registration process.

Solution:

Your domain name from route53 or any other domain name registry(like Godaddy,freenom) will take 5 minutes to 24 hours to get your domain up and running.
