Scrum is a framework in which you can build software with your team. It is based on Agile principles. It helps your team to learn with experience, organize own your own while solving problems, and reflect on your wins as well as losses to improve on a continuous basis. It allows you to address complex problems and deliver creative and productive products of high value.

Scrum Team consists of three roles- Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Development team. The quality is owned by the Product Owner. They identify the features of the product and optimize the return on investment (ROI). Their job roles include analyzing the vision of the product, managing backlog, coordinating with the Scrum Master, as well as modulating the development team.
