What technical skills does a business intelligence (bi) analyst have?

I am confused with the job description on job postings for BI analyst. Each JD has different skills mentioned. Can anyone tell me what are the technical skills needed for BI analyst?

BI analyst needs to have a few skills other than a good presentation, decision making, and analytical skills. BI analyst needs to have proficient knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Qlikview or Power BI. When comes to programming languages, BI analyst should know R or SAS programming. Learning of these programming languages help in making statistical inference from data.
