Scrum is the most used framework for implementing Agile. It is easy to understand but difficult to implement scrum. In scrum, we take a few client requirements at a time and try to solve them. If the client is satisfied with the product then we can deploy the product.

In the Scrum framework,  there is a product backlog that will have all the requirements and we can add more requirements if needed. We prioritize the requirements and solve some of them at each level that is called Sprint. There will be a sprint team consists of an average of 5 members in a team. The product will be sent for review and increment to check whether the product is deployable or not. If the product is not ready then it will be sent to Sprint retrospective to add any more requirements if required. This process continues until the product meets the client's requirements.
