Issue with application load balancer

I am unable to access the target group using rules. Please find attached screenshots. The default path is working fine. If I change TG1 with TG2 that is working also, which means instances in TG1 and TG2 are working.

Those are case sensitive so you need to mention the value in the path correctly as shown below:
