Unable to link IP with route 53.

I bought a domain from Amazon for a year. My IP displays the results but the domain is not linking with the IP. Please help me out.

For routing the IP address to your domain you need to create the hosted zone and record set and routing policy. Then you need to configure all the name servers into the domain.
