Generating dynamic displayed annotations in Tableau dashboard

Question

I had a dashboard the consist of two data visualization, On the first sheet, I have a visualization that displays the bar graph with sales by category filtered by Months/Year of Sales. On the second sheet, I had a line graph that shows the total number of sales over time

I want to change the Month-Year filter on the bar graph and I would like to show a line graph that highlights the month in the total sales data including summary stats

How can i do this?

Most of the data are added to the tooltip and format it in the way to want to, the tooltip will available dynamically in the DataViz and permanent labels can be used as Annotates.

Actions in the Worksheets allow events to change from trigger to another
