Converting a measure to date for line chart in Tableau

I was trying to convert measures into date

Here there is no dates in dimension

In work sheet you need to create calculated feilds

[FeeYear]: LEFT(RIGHT([Pivot Field Names],7),4)

[FeeDate]: MAKEDATE(INT([FeeYear]),1,1) 

Pivot Field Values are the measure in the line chart.
