De-duplicating based off two fields in Tableau Prep

Question

I am having data with two feilds Person Id and Action Date and wanted to remove duplicate Id from the rows and keep it with the latest dates

I am also trying to calculated filters based on countd and i am facing problem

Use the below formula as a calculated feild:

{FIXED [Person ID]: MAX([Action Date])} = [Action Date]
