New Azure Management Portal not showing all services

Question

I have my WebApps, groups in my old portal //portal.azure.com# but it is not present in new portal which I have logged in at //manage.windowsazure.com but it only shows default directory and databases. Can anyone help me how I can get everything in new portal?

Basically, new portal is portal.azure.com and the old one is manage.windowsazure.com. And, in new portal we have an option to create ARM-based services.
