How to import a local SQL database back-up file to an Azure SQL server database?

I was trying to import my local database backup file into an Azure SQL server. Can anyone help me how to do this?

You can do it using SQL Server Management Studio and connect to your Azure SQL server, and after that do that using data-tier application
