Certificate Authority in Hyperledger Fabric and Hyperledger Sawtooth

Question

Does Hyperledger Sawtooth have any component that performs an action similar to what Fabric CA does in Hyperledger Fabric?

In case it does not have, can I make use of any such external component?

Actually, the Hyperledger Sawtooth does not possess a Certificate Authority. However, users can use any identity software they want to.

Here is a list of few well-known open-source identity software:
