How do I configure an Azure App Service setting that isn't in the <appSettings> section of the web.config?

I was trying to override web.config values by using application settings with the help of deployment slots in Azure app service. I'm using Raygun settings, but I was not able to override the Raygun settings in Azure App service's application settings? Can anyone help me with this?

So, currently it is not possible within Azure app service, but you can for alternative like you can able to set the settings in deployment pipeline by using a variable for release stage using Azure DevOps.
