Power BI Report Server: Can't upload this report. We can't save this Power BI Desktop report because it is newer version or has component parts that are not supported

I want to upload a basic Power Bi report in a newly installed instance of the Power Bi server but can't unable to do it, Getting the following error

"Power BI Report Server: Can't upload this report. We can't save this Power BI Desktop report because it is newer version or has component parts that are not supported."

1. Log in into the Power BI Report Server
2. Get the PowerBi server reports
3. Go to the link
4. Select “Advanced download options”
5. Change your language and “Download”
6. Tick the box next to "PowerBIReportServer.exe and" "Next"
7. Downloaded .exe file and select “Upgrade Power BI Report Server
