How to add legend for color saturation distribution into power bi Filled Map chart

Question

How can I add Power Bi report "Filled Map"

Location = "Cedent Country", and Color Saturation = "Percentage Brokerage 

Percentage Brokerage Over Premium = Percentage Brokerage Over Premium = IFERROR(Round(SUM('Production ReportV20-V1 Power B'[Total Brokerage])/SUM('Production ReportV20-V1 Power B'[Cedent Premium]),2),0)

In format - Data color I have set the following options

• Minimum: Red
• Center: Orange
• Maximum: Green

 How can I add color saturation for the following?

 Visualizations -> select format tab

1) Click on Data Colors 

2)Then select conditional formatting 

3) Choose Minimum and Maximum color
