PowerBI Report Export in csv format via Rest API

How can I provide Power Bi a CSV format through REST API and not normal reports which supports pbix,ppt and png formats

There is no API to export Power Bi reports to csv and they should be exported through data source itself 

But you can use some client libraries to connect through XMLA endpoints
