How to send data alerts based while using Power Bi report server (on-premise)

Question

I want to create some dashboards using Power Bi and publish the reports on the Power Bi server and want to create some data alert so that I can alert users of the anomalies that occur. How can I do it?

Alerts on dashboards can be created:

•  create and save in My workspace
• which are shared in Premium capacity.
• Can access in workspace, if  having Power BI Pro license.
