Online replication/Mirroring/Migrating Oracle and SQL Server Database to Azure

Question

I was trying to replicate the database from source database to Azure SQL Database, and for that I was using Azure Data Migration Service but it requires some permissions we have a read permissions and how I can able to do that?

Basically, if you only have read access then, you cannot able to move your Database to Azure SQL Database. The Control Server is required in able to migrate. Even Data Sync will require permission. So, you need to have permission in able to do that.
