Azure VM IIS unreachable from public IP / cloudapp.net domain

I have launched a windows server and in it I have configure IIS Web server, but there is something wrong in it. I can access the web page of IIS web server in localhost only, using different IP, I was not able to visit that web page.

Can anyone help me with this?

Basically, you can try opening Port 80 or you can give the Source Port as "*" if it is not working for Port 80.
