Could someone tell me which programming languages from SQL, R, and Python, other than Excel and in which order?

If you are serious in progressing in the domain of Business Analytics, then the knowledge of programming languages is a must, and there is no fixed order in learning these, as SQL is a database language. And between R and Python, you need to make a choice, as some organization prefer R while others prefer the versatility of Python. Once you learn these, you won’t be needing to use Excel by then for Data Analysis.
