Time slicer in PowerBI

Question

I want a time slicer in Power Bi in a format like this

Formula that genrates column looks like this

RETURN FORMAT( TIME(hr; mn;ss); "HH:mm:ss" ))

Column should be look in time format

How can I do that?

Select modeling tab, and the data type calculated column should be 'Time'.
